Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with KS Shears. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

To start a return, please contact us at ksshears01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still need assistance, contact us at ksshears01@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at ksshears01@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order details.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. you received a defective or incorrect item).
